Adolfo "Tito" Ramirez III

Adolfo "Tito" Ramirez III, 56, of Toledo, Ohio, was born on March 24, 1969, to Adolfo "Fito" Jr. and Gloria (Ledesma) Ramirez. It is with very heavy hearts to announce that he passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Toledo Hospital surrounded by his loving family and friends. Tito loved working and helping others. He worked for many years at Atlas Paving, Geo. Gradel and lastly, Jennite. Tito was a very hardworking man, even when he was young, especially when it came to concrete work, paving, or helping fix cars. He was really a jack of all trades who anyone can rely on. Tito graduated from Evergreen Highschool in 1987. He was one of the smartest men many people had the pleasure of meeting. He always helped his children with homework, especially anything to do with Math. Tito loved being outdoors. He enjoyed walking through Wildwood Park during sunset. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. He loved going to the movies with Addelyn, playing "B-Ball" with Carlo and sharing funny stories and snuggling with the littlest grandchildren. He loved taking his children and grandchildren to the Fulton County Fair every year to enjoy kettle corn and doughnuts. Tito highly enjoyed cookouts and just hanging out with his parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Tito was a very loyal friend. He had so many close friends from childhood to adulthood. He always loved going to Shawn's and having a few Mich Ultras and eating popcorn while cheering on the Dallas Cowboys or The Ohio State Buckeyes. One of his all-time favorite yearly activities was traveling to Frankenmuth and dressing up with his Festive Friends. There will always be a huge place in Tito's heart for the Ramirez and Friends Softball team. He played with them for many years and loved every second. Even after he stopped playing, he continued to go and cheer on the team. If Tito's parents needed help with anything, he was always there for them. He mowed the grass, cleaned up the yard, and helped clean out Fito's garage, many many times. He always showed and talked about how much he loved his parents and will do anything to make sure they were okay. Memories from Tito's siblings, Corinna and Jeremy: "My brother and I shared some of the best memoires growing up. On the kitchen floor where we would sit for hours playing Jacks, competing against each other. We'd hop on our bikes and ride down to Lucky Store to spend our money on candy. We would also ride to the creek and try catching tadpoles. Riding all the way to school to meet up with friends. I remember listening to him record himself as a football commentator, full of energy with his voice echoing through the house. We went to a Guns N' Roses concert for our cousins, rocking out and having a great time. Whether it was playing softball, side by side or just being in each other's company, these moments were filled with fun, connections and laughter." "We would roll up a pair of socks like a football and play catch and he would teach me how to throw a curve ball. As we got older, he would let me use his cars, usually he would not know about it, but he never got upset. He was always there for me." Tito is survived by his three children, Brandon (Morgan) Ramirez, Megan (Crystal) Briggs, and Kaitlyn (Luis) Rivera; grandchildren, Addelyn, Carlo, Roman, BB, and Enzo. Also surviving are his parents; his loving ex-wife and best friend, Kelly Ramirez; and siblings, Corinna Ramirez and Jeremy (Judy) Ramirez; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and loving friends. Tito was preceded in death by his grandparents, Abran G. and Maria S. Ledesma, and Eluteria "Tita" Ramirez, as well as many family members and friends. Friends and family may gather on Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 1pm-7pm at Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Road, Toledo, Ohio, 43614. A Scripture Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. A short visitation will be held from 10am-11am followed by a Celebration of life mass on Monday, June 30, 2025, starting at 11am at Little Flower Catholic Church, 5522 Dorr St., Toledo, Ohio 43615. Burial services will follow, Mary Grove Cemetery, 1750 N. Raab Rd., Swanton, Ohio 43558. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tito's name to the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio.
