It is with great sadness to learn of Jim's passing. Jim was an extremely honorable Man. I met Jim in the mid 70's and had continuous dealings with him through the year 2000. Jim was one of the last of a generation where a handshake and his word was better than a written contract. My thoughts and prayers are with Mary Jane and the rest of Jim's family. May he rest in peace.
