Barb, I send my deepest sympathy as I read the Ursuline communications tape. Know that I am thinking of you and keeping you in prayer. Associate, Joanne Juhasz McGinnis

Dear Barb, Meg and family,

I saw your husband's and father's obituary in the Blade. I knew he was ailing, but was surprised when I saw his face in the paper. My prayers are with you at this sad time, but I know you are all people of faith and that it will support you in the days ahead. Barb, you and him will be remembered at Corpus Christi where I remember seeing you and him
at Mass when I first became a parishioner. I will never forget your kindness and friendship!

Peace be with you during this difficult time!

We where truly blessed, as a young family on Birchall Rd, to have the Daley's as our neighbors. Our little girls would sit and listen to Barb play the piano or run up to hug Mr Daley when he would drive into the driveway. Always had great conversations with Tom. Sometimes it takes time and separation to realize what a positive impact people can have on you!

Pat and family, as I was concerned you could be unaware of my father's passing, it was with much relief that I saw your wonderful message. It means so much to me, thanks. It was hard to stay away from the family home - even though city life can be tough at times, being there was so worthwhile. I believe mom and dad hated leaving the neighborhood, and probably would have stayed a little longer had things been different for her. And, as they say, thanks for the memories!

The best compliment of one's life is the legacy they leave behind. Mr. Daley was indeed an exemplary role model for his children and grandchildren -- which has followed through the generations which is very evident if you know his family. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers for his family who will miss him dearly.

Dear Barbara,
My brother Tony has sent the notice of your husband's death; even after 7 years since God took my husband, I am keenly aware of how deep the loss is after a such a long and rich marriage, so I send my condolences. If I were in Michigan, I would certainly have come to Dick's funeral at the Little Sisters (one of my favorite charities, as it was for my mother) to honor you -- such a great former classmate -- but I have a speaking commitment in Virginia at that time.
God bless you and your family and RIP to Dick.

This was a well done video -- beautiful group pictures depicting his whole life. Enjoyed watching it and seeing the similarities he shares with his grandchildren.
